SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are proud of our prompt, efficient service. Shipments are sent via UPS or USPS. Please note that UPS will NOT deliver to a post office box. All shipment must have a physical address and phone number. Orders received and approved Monday through Friday are generally shipped within 48 hours. Orders received and approved on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped no later than Tuesday. We will notify you via e-mail with ship date and order tracking information.
RETURNS
We will return with the exception of DVD's and Books any merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To return please call us at 1-518-842-6889 for proper instructions within 30 days of purchase. All returns must b sent by prepaid freight. COD and Freight collected packages will not be accepted.
There are no returns on any DVD's or Books unless merchandise is delivered in damaged condition which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please call us at 1-518-842-6889.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please submit any cancellation within 24 hours of order via email to linda@thatdrywallguy.com, or call us at 1-518-842-6889.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and E-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise less shipping upon receiving of merchandise.
