WHAT DOES BPI ACCREDITED MEAN:
As a BPI Contractor we are qualified to do a comprehensive inspection of your home complying with strict procedures and conforming to stringent quality assurance protocols.
WHAT WE DO:
We start with a comprehensive assessment of the house to identify problems and trace them to the root cause. We then suggest and prioritize improvements. The homeowner may choose any improvements that they feel will meet their best needs. Once the improvements are decided then a contract will be drawn up.
FEE WAIVED:
The Fee is currently $250.00
RECOMMENDATION:
It is highly recomended the homeowner is present throughout the assessment since this will give the homeowner an insight on not only what is being done, but see the areas that are of concern.
